Great food, friendly staff.

Staying at the Duchess Of Cornwall was a delightful experience. The spacious room impressed me, complete with high-quality linens. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially the pastries. Minor hiccups with check-in were quickly overshadowed by the warm hospitality I encountered throughout my stay.

We loved relaxing in the stunning breakfast room and the huge room with high-quality linens. The outdoor seating area was great for people watching, and the stylish décor everywhere gave such a unique vibe!

The lift out of order is frustrating!!! Perhaps consider enhancing vegan options since requests go unfulfilled sometimes!!! Menu quality seems to be declining, which is disappointing!!! Bathrooms could use better maintenance to avoid loose fittings!!!

Our stay was delightful! The room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful country views. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the staff made us feel so welcome. The location was fantastic, right on the doorstep of Dorchester, making it easy to explore the area.

There were many stairs without a lift.

Accessing some areas involves navigating a lot of stairs, which can be a hassle, especially without a functioning lift at times. In my experience, the cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly the carpet near the walls and beneath furniture. the breakfast options felt limited, especially lacking skimmed milk and low-fat spread despite having a vegan breakfast on the menu. the bathroom could use attention to detail, with a loose WC seat and inconsistent lighting by the mirror, indicating a need for maintenance.

Loved the breakfast spread, especially the avocado toast—sweet and salty perfection! The cozy charm of the Georgian vibes had me feeling right at home, and the room's radio gave a lovely classic touch.

Had a bit of a hassle with the lift being out of order and had to compromise on meal choices—bit of a letdown. Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy, making it tricky to stay connected.

Dinner in the downstairs bar area was fantastic with great service, and breakfast had a superb selection. I loved the cozy lounge and the lovely gardens for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the towels could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn't ruin the overall experience! 😊

My recent stay was amazing. the breakfasts were incredibly tasty and fresh, and the rainfall shower was a luxurious surprise! I will definitely return here again.

The room was spacious with a good shower and offered excellent views to the west and south. Breakfast choices were impressive, although the quality can vary. on one morning, it was nearly inedible. The absence of vegetarian options during dinner was frustrating, especially when food ran out early, leaving only cauliflower cheese available as the main dish.
